The screams were deafening, the lights were bouncing around the arena in red, blue, and yellow hues as the spot light lands on our favorite idols. We were so excited to see Kris, Allison, Danny, and the ONE and only ADAM...He was awesome. This was my first concert and it was special because I got to see Adam <3and it was with my mom. We had great seats...fourth row in the 133rd section. We even waited outside and got Matts, Dannys, and Kris's autograph!!! (Adam didn't come out). RazorGators got my tickets to me on time even though we ordered the tickets with only four days before the event. We had an amazing time. I am so glad we went.

THIS WAS THE BEST AI CONCERT I'VE ATTENDED -- MUCH BETTER THAN LAST YEAR'S EVENT AS EACH IDOL HAD A SET OF AT LEAST 3 SONGS -- DAVID C. HAD TWICE AS MANY SOLOS. WOW...WORTH EVERY DOLLAR FOR THAT FRONT ROW TICKET!!!!

Just today I received this invitation to review the concert that occurred almost two months ago. However, ironically, just this morning my daughter was yet again talking about that concert and how awesome it was. I had purchased two tickets for us (from Razorgator) for seats very close to the stage and for (alot!) of money, more than I could justify in my conscience. However the concert was a magical experience that I am sure my daughter will never forget. To be in such close proximity to the idols who we had faithfully watched every week was hard to describe. (We were never American Idol watchers previously). For the most part , they performed at 110 percent as if we were their first stop on their tour. Surprisingly Chris Richardrson was our absolute favorite. He seemed to really have come into his own over the previous months. We both love Gina Glocksen and my prediction is that she will become the enduring star. She sure does have the "star" appeal. Blake seemed a little disconnected to the audience with a bit of a flat affect, but his talent overshadowed that. Phil Stacy seems like a potential country music star and definitely has a blast on the stage. The girls Melinda and Lakisha were very good . Lakisha still looks a little scared. Jordan was predictable , not that that is a bad thing. Overall their enthusiasm was infectious. We are grateful to have been able to see this on such an intimate level.

After watching every season of Idol loyally with our Children, I was a bit hesitant of how it would be "live"...it was GREAT! The seats were awesome and the interaction of performers to audience was a hit. My only complaint would be that our "Big Winner" barely performed...she did, but not to what you would think. Still, a GREAT time but all; very energetic and definitely well worth every penny...I would definitely consider going again!!
